THANKSGIVING SHARING

Donate your leftover Halloween Candy. We’ll bring it to our soup kitchens.

Thanksgiving Sharing Board: Take a tag and bring the items and bring your items back to the parish by the requested date.

+ Cook the stuffing on Monday, Nov. 25 at 6:30pm.

+ Sort, pack food & slice turkeys on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10am.

+ Cook yams or slice turkeys on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 6:30pm.

+ Drivers are needed on Wednesday, Nov. 27 to deliver food to the Bronx , Harlem or Newark. A van or truck would be helpful but not necessary.

+ Serve the Thanksgiving Day meal in the Bronx (meet in Presentation’s kitchen – van leaves Presentation early morning).

CHRISTMAS SHARING

TOY DRIVE: Please donate in a NEW, unwrapped toy by Sunday, Dec. 8

ADOPT A FAMILY: The Christmas season is almost here and unfortunately 2024 has been a difficult year for families experiencing financial hardship and this Christmas Season will add additional distress.

In years past due to the incredible generosity of many of our parishioners we were able to bring much needed Christmas cheer to many needy families in our Community. We are again asking for your help this year.

There are many ways to participate – you can as a family, SCC or group of friends adopt a family and we will supply you with the family’s “Wish” list so you can shop for them (further details will be provided).  We understand that shopping for a family can be challenging and so as always gift cards and/or a donation towards this program is a big help.

The Gifts and/or Gift Cards need to be dropped off at the parish any time between Dec. 13-14 between 9am and 6pm (exact room delivery details will be provided along with instructions on gift buying).
