Write Three Prayers: A Lenten Workshop | March 19 at 10am or 7pm

Deepen your prayer life through reflection and writing. Join us on Wednesday, March 19 at either 10am or 7pm.

Why write a prayer? Writing a prayer offers time for reflection, a way to converse intimately with God, and an opportunity to articulate the innermost yearnings and burdens we carry. In this workshop, we will explore our thoughts and hopes, and transform them into written prayers that invite clarity and peace. In this two-hour workshop, you will be gently guided through the process of reflection and expression. You will leave with your own original prayers, and the invitation and tools to continue writing prayers as a spiritual practice. This workshop will be led by parishioner Cheryl Racanelli, author of the book 59 Prayers. No writing experience is necessary. Please bring a pen and a journal or notebook.
