Our Support Group meets on the last Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm-8pm via Zoom.

You will receive education and resources about Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Join us to learn coping methods, to understand the impact this disease may have on families, friends, and to share your journey.

Debby Montone will be hosting a program for caregivers on “Having Difficult Conversations.” Certain conversations can be difficult but necessary.  For example, how do you tell someone they have to stop driving? How do you tell someone you have to change or create legal and healthcare forms? How do you encourage the person to get medical treatment when they don’t want to?
