Some of you may remember Tommy Hayes from the Guided Labyrinth Walk on Oct. 19.  He will be back on Feb. 2 to facilitate a drumming circle. This will give us the opportunity to celebrate community and life while praying through rhythm and music. It can also help alleviate stress within your mind and body resulting in improved physical and mental well-being.
